About Nancy Jo

Originally from different parts of Chicago, Nancy Jo and Kevin met at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. After graduation, they moved to Colorado, got married, and lived in several places around the state before settling in Evergreen in 1989 where they raised their two sons. They found land that they loved off of Witter Gulch and set about to build their own dream mountain home for their family. Nancy Jo designed their 4700 square foot oak log home and became the General Contractor, where she and Kevin did a majority of the building themselves. Thus started their love affair with real estate and the pleasures of home ownership.
Kevin has been a Real Estate Broker since 2004 and is Residential Construction Certified (RCC). He joined the business after a successful career in Radio and Television advertising sales. Marketing, problem solving, determining value and negotiating are well developed skills that he brings to your transaction. Balancing your needs and desires regarding pricing and timing with the most current market conditions are where he excels.

Kevin has built an extensive base of knowledge and contacts through his experience in real estate and 14 years of public service on the Clear Creek County School Board and as County Commissioner. That knowledge will help you anticipate issues that may arise with a purchase and avoid or solve potential problems.

Nancy Jo joined Kevin’s Real Estate business in 2013 after over 15 years of sales experience in the medical device industry. She is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She understands the importance of the connections people have with their homes. Whether it is selling a home filled with memories or buying a home where you will build new memories, she will help guide you through the sometimes difficult decision-making process. Nancy Jo’s enthusiasm for real estate is fed by the pleasure she enjoys when helping people find the right home.
