Nancy Lovejoy is one of the best realtors out there.
Our house sold in 3 months and closed in 2 weeks. Despite the fact it was built in 1978 and the style was for "Back to the Future" time, Nancy still managed to provide professional tips and suggestions to get the house sold. She also keeps up with the technology and stuff so all the documents were signed via email instead of meeting face to face. And she has also became a good friend of ours over the years (since 2016) and not just client/realtor relationship. I would highly recommend her if you're thinking of buying or selling property!

Nancy is amazing! She is trustworthy and the sweetest! I just moved here from out of state and really don't know very many people and I was a little nervous trusting people. Nancy wiped away all my fears away and proved to be a very welcoming, trust worthy realtor in Baton Rouge. The process was seamless and her follow through afterwards has really made me feel like she cares. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent a home and I will work with her again!

Nancy Lovejoy is incredible. Cutting right to the chase: She sold my home for basically asking while Louisiana was in lockdown from the pandemic! From our first meeting on, Nancy was generous with her time and expertise, and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, even though I’m fairly certain I had more than one. She has a real gift for staging, and helped me repurpose many of my existing items so the house would photograph and show better (and she was right – my listing averaged close to 100 views a day on Zillow). Nancy’s communication style is very clear, and we were in contact basically every day throughout the home selling process. She absolutely kept me sane, and I am so grateful to her for that. Nancy is a total boss, but is also downright likeable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I truly can’t say enough good about Nancy. She’s a go-getter, detailed, and goes over and beyond what is required of her. She’s warm and friendly and so easy to work with. She listens to what your desires are for a home within your budget and delivers the best quality home possible. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
