About Nancy

Nancy Tharrington Miles is a native of Rocky Mount and lifetime resident. While growing up Nancy was a frequent assistant in her family’s well loved establishment on Pine Street, Atlantic Seafood. Atlantic Seafood was a long valued establishment by all neighborhoods in Rocky Mount and the area, known for its quality and welcoming treatment of all.

After graduating from Northern Nash High School, Nancy attended Nash Community College. Her career has involved executive support positions for senior leadership in a local law firm and three stints with local businesses, the longest of which was a 17 year tenure with the owner and CEO of Autumn Corporation. After Autumn Corporation transitioned to new ownership, Nancy has continued her specialty in support for senior management most recently with The Nottingham Company.

Nancy and her husband Mitch have two children. Son Brandon and his wife Lindsay and granddaughters Blaire and Emelia live in Nashville,NC. Daughter Caroline and her husband Stephen live in Rocky Mount NC with their daughter Eliza. When she is not scurrying around on one project or three at a time, Nancy enjoys cooking, running, and her new role as Blaire, Emelia and Eliza’s Nan. Nancy feels it is the perfect time to combine her love of people and the Rocky Mount and Nashville area with her boundless energy, to help members of our growing community find the perfect home.
