Nancy, was a phenomenal realtor. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying and home selling process. She is also very well connected. She was able to put us in touch with a home repair specialist, a mortgage lender, and other important resources. Nancy focused on both the large and small finishing touches for getting our home staged. And she did so without making us feel overwhelmed! We greatly appreciated her warm demeanor, availability, and honest advice for us. Thanks to Nancy we were able to get our house on the market in only one week and sell it within only 2 days! I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone who is looking for personalized, professional, and wise service. She is clearly a leader in her field!

I have known Nancy for 15 years. She was the best landlord ever! Have to be to take in a couple of college guys :) and impacted us all with not just a rental but invested in our lives by getting to know all of us and still to this day. She helped me buy my primary home 12 years ago. Now my first investment. So the best realtor ever too! She's helped me with numerous other contacts throughout the years for other services needed and always the best ones, not just an easy google contact. Nancy's extensive experience and wisdom with real estate is an amazing strength but that doesn't always help if you don't know and care for your client. And Nancy does those two the best! Great to work with you again Nancy!

My wife and I prepared ourselves for a long and excruciating home-buying process. We prepped for months and months. But come to find out, it took just two houses before we found the perfect house for our first home.

From the very beginning, Nancy was hands-on and incredibly enthusiastic. She was with us step-by-step as we not only looked at the homes, but she dreamed along with us about how we would take the four walls in front of us and turn it into something special.

I couldn't imagine having gone through buying our first home with anyone else. This process is not a cookie-cutter experience. She takes the time to really listen and get to know who she is working with. It honestly was no different than having an extra friend along for the ride which meant a lot for two people who just moved into the state.

I could recommend working Nancy more of I tried.

Nancy was fantastic! we had to sell our home from a different state, but the process was smooth. I appreciated how she would send videos to update us or explain documents or parts of the process - much better than just an email. Of course we'd call as well. She also kept sending comps so we understood what to expect in the market and info to keep us up to date. Highly recommend.

We loved working with Nancy. She helped us in many ways and without her I truly believe our house would still be on the market. We sold in a few days with an offer over asking. I know this isn't all to uncommon these days but our property was very unique and we needed Nancy's input at every stage for the sale to happen as quickly as it did.

I can’t recommend this real estate agent enough. I have never seen a professional work as hard as Nancy to get our house sold. She was tireless in her efforts to get our sell our house in a timely fashion in a difficult market.
