She has been a real estate agent since 2004 and finds it very rewarding and fulfilling. It is a flexible job that allows her to have her own business and a daily schedule that works for her. It is also a relationship-based business, which is the most important part to her. She loves working with both buyers and sellers in active adult communities and family areas. Her marketing is mostly in the active adult community where she lives mainly because it’s where her friends, neighbors, and involvement are. Her business has grown due to the consistency in sending the message in multiple forms of media, i.e., postcard mailers, giveaways, advertisement in our local magazine and newspaper, as well as sponsoring everything she can - pickleball club, tennis club, softball teams, golf groups, wine-down Wednesdays, yard sales, movie night, drama club, monthly newsletters, etc. She lets everyone know that she is a full-time real estate agent ready to help anyone wanting to purchase a home or sell their current residence. She received her GRI Designation from the National Associate of REALTORS® in 2015, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and was awarded the Long Realty Pro of the Year & #1 Top Producer, Circle of Excellence 2016 and 2017, Referral Agent - Top Outgoing Referral 2016, and the West Maricopa Association of Realtors WEMAR Platinum Award and President's Round Table Award 2016 and 2017. Last year was her highest volume. The rewarding part of this business is the people! She loves to help, and that’s what clients need as they try to figure out which home to buy or what to do to de-clutter their home! Knowing that she has the resources and knowledge to let them know that “everything will be okay” and that she is there to support them is a huge stress reliever for them.
