I am very excited to be representing buyers and sellers in Knoxville and our surrounding communities. I became a Realtor after years in sales, marketing, management and most recently Human Resources. For many years the dream of a career in Real Estate was in the back of my mind. After finding the changes in the corporate world more than I desired to handle, God started opening doors for me to make my dream a reality. I have jumped in and never looked back. I am so excited and passionate about what I do and I am told it shows in the service I provide. What an honor to be helping my friends and family (and friends I haven’t met yet) in the buying / selling process.
I grew up in Charleston, SC, but I am no stranger to Knoxville. My roots run very deep in our community. My Dad was born and raised in Knoxville. His parents were well known respected members of our community. My Grampa was actually the Principal of the Historical Knoxville High School from 1916-1951. As a child and young adult our vacations were spent in Knoxville visiting family and our cabin in the Historic Elkmont community in the Smoky Mountains.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, and spent the next 15+ years in Sales, Marketing, Management and HR moving from South Carolina, to Georgia and then in California. My husband, a USMC combat veteran, and I left California after his military career and moved to Knoxville in 2003. I am a member the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and the Knoxville Area Association REALTORS®. We live in the Karns community with our 3 young boys, 3 dogs and are members of the Pellissippi campus of Faith Promise Church.
