Nancy is a Bucks County native, she grew up in Yardley and moved to Doylestown over 30 years ago with her husband. Nancy brings 20 years of experience in both corporate and academia. Working for both Princeton University, the Wharton School of Business and Vanguard, she brings a unique perspective of institutional standards and trends.
While raising their 3 sons and cheering them on from the football and lacrosse fields at CB West to Penn State, she has been very active in the community fostering relationships thru leadership roles and volunteering. As a big sport enthusiast, she met her peer Chris Nisbet on the fields of CB West.
Joining J Carroll Molloy was a natural next step for this empty nester where she is able to combine her eye for design with her background in municipal governance as an elected Doylestown Township Supervisor with one of the oldest independently owned real estate firms on the east coast.
Passionate about her community and the history of Bucks, she is committed to relationships and building the next generation of community through her real estate. She has successfully sold commercial and residential properties as well as handed rental properties. She is a member of Bucks County Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and Warrington Rotary.
Nancy is passionate about family, Italian culture and cooking. She enjoys long walks with her husband and harlequin Great Dane Lucy.
