Nancy Santopadre

With more than 20 years of experience working in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, Nancy has the skills and expertise needed to guide both buyers and sellers through the intricacies that are involved with real estate transactions. She understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful, which is why she works closely with her clients to ensure that their experience is positive.
Nancy started working at Weichert Realtors Ambassador many years ago when it was a Century 21 office. She has consistently been one of the office's top agents. Nancy also holds several designations, including Accredited Home Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Over the years, Nancy has received numerous awards for her work including many Pacesetter Awards for outstanding performance and achievement.
During her career ,Nancy spent 13 years working as both a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a real estate agent. Her time as an appraiser has given her valuable insight in regards to home values, which allows her to assist both buyers and sellers in making sound decisions when it comes to listing a home for sale or making an offer on a home with buyers.
Many of Nancy's clients are first time home buyers and seniors that are downsizing or moving to another phase or their lives.
Nancy is always available to assist clients throughout the city and suburbs.
While real estate is a passion for Nancy, she also enjoys traveling, horseback riding, gardening and bowling. She loves living in the Chicago area and this enthusiasm coveys when she is working with her clients.
