Nancy’s passion for real estate began over 30 years ago, when her and her husband bought their first home. After building and remodeling several homes in the Portland metropolitan area, her clients moved to the West Linn/Wilsonville area, where they raised their four children. Having built and remodeled several homes over the past 30 years, she brings unique knowledge, perspective, and knack for design to see the potential of a new home or help prepare their home for market.
After growing up on a farm in the Willamette Valley, she studied psychology at Westmont College in Santa Barbara California. Later she moved to Portland and pursued a career as a hairdresser and salon owner. Owning a small business and working with clients provided a smooth transition into real estate.
Customer service, combined with good communication is the backbone of any successful business. Taking the time to listen to her clients’ key objectives helps her guide their clients throughout the process, making them real estate transaction as seamless and easy as possible. She appreciates and value the trust that her clients place in and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
In keeping with Windermere Realty Trust’s culture, she believes in giving back to their community. She’s been involved with several volunteer/humanitarian projects, including a mission to Haiti and currently serve as an officer for PEO.
