Over ten years ago, as Nancy was still a supply chain management professional in the technology industry, she discovered her passion in the real estate industry by founding her own real estate investment company. Nancy helped many investors purchase and sell over 40 properties that resulted in high profit margins. Her strong skills in finance, cost optimization, supplier management and contract negotiations in high tech enable her to make the best recommendations for her clients.
After 11 years of success in real estate flipping, investment and property management, Nancy decided to Compass and became a full-time real estate professional. Within one year, she executed over $10M+ of transactions and started building her own team. "This is not just about a career, this is where I find my passion."
Besides work, Nancy enjoys reading, music, gardening, cooking, playing sports, and training martial arts. She is a double champion (kata and kumite, or, form and sparring) in the Northern California Karate Tournament. On a sunny day, she likes to take her kids out for hikes and play basketball.
Nancy has a BA in Finance from Beijing Technology and Business University, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
