I began working with Nancy about 6 years ago when I had first considered selling my home. After that visit, Nancy quickly followed up with a detailed assessment of my home’s value comparable to other similar homes. This time when I was unable to get back to my home from out-of-town, but needed to sell it, Nancy had a strong teammate who helped her prepare my house for showing in spite of the home not being empty. It sold in four days! Throughout the sale process, she explained everything and kept me promptly informed. If I had questions, she followed up quickly whether by text or phone. She gave me contacts to help with the estate sale, and all the follow up people needed to clear the house. I highly recommend Nancy. She was a comfort in the midst of my storm. Thank you, Nancy.

Nancy went above and beyond assisting with my recent home purchase. She was very knowledgeable in the market and was creative with design ideas to help me visualize it as my own space. First time home buyer I needed someone to explain the market and process for getting a home. I asked people who's a good real estate agent in this area. Nancy Slettin was the name I heard the most. I went with Nancy as my agent and I'm glad I did. We spent alot of time going over things that were at first over my head for a first time buyer. Nancy has great home experience and pointed out numerous things during a home showing. Nancy is great would recommend.

We listed our home with Nancy Sletten. We had met her several years ago at an open house. We were impressed from the first time we met her. We said to each other at the time that we would remember her name if and when we decided to sell our house.

We'll, the time came! She did not disappoint. She answered questions promptly and seemed to always be on the job!

You sold our son his first home when he turned 21. And now 10 years later sold him his third home with his growing family. You have always been available to show them houses and looking out for his best interest. I have been at 2 of the 3 closings and everything went so smoothly.
