Nancy Snider brings her 26+ years of experience in real estate as an associate broker. Being a second-generation realtor, whose mother founded a franchise real estate company in Indianapolis, Nancy draws heavily on the example set by her of exceptional knowledge of her local market and unparalleled customer service for her clients. She built her reputation on honesty, hard work and knowledge of the market and areas that she serves.

Nancy strives to make her client’s goals and dreams come true. She does this by close communication with her clients, skills in the ever-changing strategies of negotiation and by having a great management team behind her!

Having lived in Pittsburgh for 37 years, Nancy keeps up with the school district updates, the trends in upcoming neighborhoods and the ever-changing municipality rules and tax changes. She also keeps herself informed of new real estate practices by constantly immersing herself in trainings and classes.

Nancy’s Bachelor degree is from Purdue University in education and a Master’s degree from Indiana University. Her real estate education includes an associate broker’s license, a Senior Real Estates Specialist and continuous classes in how to practice real estate for her clients to their best interest!

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys her grandchildren, snow skiing, entertaining and traveling!
