Nancy Sullivan

Nancy Sullivan, a Philadelphia native, has over 25 years of experience in real estate. She's worked in real estate appraising, property management, and sales.

In 1995, while studying Marketing and Finance at Saint Joseph's University, Nancy got her PA real estate license and helped renters become homeowners. Later, she earned her PA Certified General Appraiser's license and worked in both commercial and residential real estate appraising for 12 years.

Nancy is known for being enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking. She's excited to use her real estate expertise and knowledge of the Philadelphia & South Jersey area to help her clients and the communities she serves.
