I had posted a review for Nancy a few months ago when Nancy worked with my wife and I to purchase a home in St. Charles. We were very pleased with Nancy and how professional she was.

As you might expect, we also used Nancy to sell our home in Kildeer. And she didn't let us down! Nancy is the ultimate professional! We can't say enough good things about her and her approach to home purchases and sales! If you are looking to buy a home or sell yours, do yourself a favor and contact Nancy. You will not be disappointed!

I want to think my wife and I are done buying and selling homes for a while. But if/when the time comes, I know who we will be using!

I’m not usually a person who writes reviews, but my wife and I felt the need to write a review for Nancy because she went so far above and beyond our expectations helping us sell our home and buy a new home in St. Charles. Nancy came highly recommended by my parents who also recently worked with her to sell their home and buy a new house in St. Charles. Nancy is super responsive, very patient and takes the time to explain everything – she made us comfortable through the entire process. She spends a lot of time doing market research on both the buying and selling side, so we always felt confident with her guidance. We cannot recommend Nancy enough and will make sure that any of our family/friends looking in the area reach out to her!

I cannot recommend Nancy enough!
She recently helped me with the purchase of my home.
After seeing the home, I contacted Nancy and within hours, we were in contact. She knew how much I wanted this home and made it happen.
She was always available to answer my many question always putting my needs and concerns first
On a personal note, Nancy is the loveliest person. I would not hesitate to use her when I buy my next home

Nancy is an amazing realtor who will work with you to get every detail about selling your home right! She puts endless hours into every clients wishes and will help you from beginning to end of sale. When we decided to sell our home our first question was how do you pick a realtor. We had a long history with Nancy's mom and dad and if Na ncy was anything like them we knew we could trust her with our home and get it sold. Nancy came out to see the house and we told her we only had one request. We are leaving for Scotland for 10 days please get the house sold in those 10 days. Nancy asked if she could bring in a stager to help make suggestions on what to do. We got the to do list and we all went to work. Nancy's marketing, stager, pictures and video of the home were outstanding. AND most importantly Nancy got the home sold in 6 days while we were in Scotland. But Nancy was not finished there. She helped us find a temporary home, movers, well and septic inspectors and was there for every step of the process. Her availability and ability to get a hold of us with the time zone difference was outstanding! She made selling the house easy! We definitely made the right decision having Nancy as our realtor!

As a first time home owner, my experience with Nancy at Baird and Warner was wonderful. I learned quite a bit about the process and whenever I had questions Nancy was there with the answers. I first met Nancy at an open house. That same weekend we went to several open houses and various Realtors offered their services. However, we chose Nancy because she seemed genuine and I got the impression that we would be more than just a commission. I was right. I am a former Realtor, not easy to please, and I was continually impressed with her level of care and service. She paid very close attention to what I wanted in a home and our final choice met all of our criteria--including the inspiring view I wanted for my writing. She was a great negotiator, detailed with the contract portion of it all, professional, but best of all she was caring, compassionate, and truly interested in us as people.
