"Nancy was wonderful. She knew what to do to get my condo sold in Breckenridge. Not only was she professional but an honest and intelligent person to work with. From the moment I met her I felt she had my best interest at heart. Nancy knew the market and was able to give me the guidelines on how to get the best showings from the property. Her husband did a virtual tour that was outstanding showing off all the wonderful aspects of the condo. She guided me when we received bids and was able to determine just how much we were able to get for the condo. In the end it was still my decision and she never pushed me one way or the other.

"It all starts with having a plan. We Googled Breckenridge and Nancy came up high in the listings. So, we made an appointment to visit with Nancy. I would say advice we received from a friend was vital to a good experience. He suggested my wife and I both create a top 10 list of things we most desired in a vacation property -- and then the hard part -- put them together. Truth is, we were just like all those people on "House Hunters" and we wanted an A+ property for C+ cost.

Nancy showed my wife a number of properties that fit many criteria on the list. Despite the extremely slow condition of the market overall, Nancy never put pressure on us and listened to what we liked and didn't like. After three or four house hunting sessions, she politely told us that we would not be happy with our price target given what she had learned about us. She pushed us into considering higher priced properties because of our top 10 list. With her help, we found an incredible home on the Blue River (top of my criteria -- to hear or have access to water). She was patient in the bidding process and encouraged us to be patient. When she heard that people from the Pacific Northwest were making a return visit, we bid a bit more. It was very apparent that Nancy knew the market well and was giving us sound advice. We bought our place for a bit more than we planned during the depths of the market in 2009. We have never looked back and now enjoy an incredible place that is: 1. On the river, 2. Has amazing views in floor to ceiling windows of the mountains, 3. Is 90 minutes from the Denver International Airport, 4. Is less than one mile from downtown, 5. Is in the forest but can be defended with nearby water. 6. Can sleep our family (and new expected grandbaby).

You get the picture... We had the list but Nancy both pushed us to consider a house that matched our list and counseled appropriate patience once we made an offer. We continue to talk with Nancy and would recommend her to others (and to our friends)."
