Nancy was recommended to us by very close friends who assured us that she would be very thorough and diligent in helping us relocate to a new area, and they were right. She provided us with extensive listings to review which fit our financial and geographical preferences and then after the property was identified, was extremely helpful in advising us on home inspection repairs and workmen to provide improvements to the property. We were on a tight schedule to close and she insured that everything was kept on schedule. And, most important, we have a new friend.

Nancy was a real pleasure to work with. We met her when we visited an open house she was showing, and there was an immediate rapport. She listed closely to our needs and interests, and in the matter of a couple of weeks, she had sold us the perfect house. Furthermore, the house was a short-sale, and we had been warned about the problems that such a sale can entail. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. Nancy was prompt and pro-active, even making the long drive to our old house to bring us papers to sign when necessary. She also was very candid in pointing out potential problems in houses that we were viewing with her. We would definitely recommend Nancy to others.

Nancy Zingheim is the best real estate professional out of those I have used the six times I have bought real estate. Living in another state than California where we now live, Nancy tireless took video's of potential houses for us to buy and e-mailed them to us. When we came a couple of days to look at houses, she had lined up a long list of houses for sale which were very different and gave us an opportunity to guide us in the direction of what we liked the best and especially where we would like to live. When we finalized the contract on a house she was again very helpful in getting the various papers to us for signing.

Nancy navigated us through a time when home sales were pretty slow. Where she really came through was in her negotiations and relations with the buyer's realtor. She gained a thorough understanding of the buyer's situation and developed a good relationship with the buyer's realtor. It was that relationship that eventually helped close our home and the buyer's realtor helped to push our home. Nancy was very easy and pleasant to work with and understands the local market very well. She kept us informed as needed and was helpful in guiding us through some decisions. We would have no problems recommending Nancy for any situation!

Nancy Zingheim is simply amazing! My wife and I were looking for a house while out of state, which is a complicated endeavor to say the least. Nancy was instantly responsive to every question we raised, both on the phone and via email. She is well knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods in the Granite Bay area, and she provided us with valuable information about each of the houses that we considered. When we finally had an opportunity to visit the area in person, Nancy worked well past10pm and was up again at 7am several days in a row to ensure that we had the information that we needed and to get an offer in quickly once we made a decision.
