Nancy did a great job of guiding my husband and I through our first time buying a home. She was always responsive and quick to make appointments for houses and when we finally found the house we wanted, she helped us decide what a good offer would be and we got the house! The closing process was something we had never gone through before and we definitely needed someone experienced to help us through that. I would highly recommend Nancy if you are going to be selling or buying a home. With the passing of my mother and having to sell her home, I found Nancy to be knowledgeable and experienced in working with estates. It was definitely worth having an experienced realtor working on my behalf and she was also incredibly sensitive and empathic. Nancy also gave great information about what needed to be done up front for the inspection so that it would be a breeze. Thank you for all your help Nancy. You are a gem!
