NancyMarie O’Kelley-Hendricks earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Seattle University with a minor in Communications. In 1999, she relocated from Seattle to Portland, where she began her career as a successful small business owner. Her entrepreneurial background helped shape the work ethic, business acumen, and client-first philosophy that define her real estate practice today.
NancyMarie later transitioned into real estate, combining her passion for helping people with a deep appreciation for interior design, architecture, and the ability to see potential where others may not. Over the years, she has built her business on a foundation of hard work, integrity, professionalism, and trusted relationships.
Today, NancyMarie holds Managing Principal Broker licenses in both Oregon and Washington, and splits her time between Seattle and Portland, serving clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Much of her business comes from referrals—something she considers the greatest compliment a client can give.
