Fantastic real estate experience with Nano and her team. We had a unique situation that required timely responses and fast moving deadlines. Nano and her team were up to to the task and negotiated the myriad of tasks and requirements needed to navigate through the buying process and get us into our forever home. We'll always be grateful to not only Nano but her entire time who went out of their way to provide the accommodations and time to get us onto the property to meet contractors when the sale was being negotiated.
As mentioned our situation was unique and had its own set of challenges that were atypical of a normal house buying experience. Nano's wealth of knowledge, vast experience, and awesome support staff helped the stars align and made it possible to purchase the home which we will repair and make shine again. The wonderful gifts, area information and guides, gift certificates, and book from the local historical society as well as other items after closing were the cherry on the sundae.
Cannot recommend Nano an her team strongly enough.

Nano knows Grayslake! As a family moving from Chicago with young children we had some pretty specific non-negotiables in our home search. Nano understood these desires and did an excellent job of narrowing down potential homes for us. She was very efficient and did not waste anyones time. As mentioned, she is extremely knowledgable about the entire Grayslake/Libertyville Area and this was very helpful as buyers new to the area.

Communication was an absolute breeze most of the time and booking showings was easy and convienient. We did not feel pressured or rushed during our home search. Nano understood this fully and didn't want us to settle. She also has many connections in the area for any work that may need to be done on your home after purchase.

Lastly, we really appreciated the personal touch she brought to the home-buying experience. In fact, my five year old son saw her photo advertisement at the Grayslake Jewel-Osco and said " Hey Daddy, is that the nice Nano lady that helps people buy houses and bought us lego toys presents" His comment cracked me up, and I doubt you will ever get that kind of personal touch/connection from a Redfin or other big box agent.
