Natalee Alering is a real estate agent for Wells & Bennett Realtors based out of Oakland, CA. She moved to the Bay Area in 1994 from her hometown of Cincinnati, OH. At the University of Cincinnati, she chose to pursue her education in broadcasting earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electronic Media. It was this career path that brought her to the Bay Area where she worked as a video editor with everyone from non-profit artists in San Francisco to being an assistant editor in special effects on major motion pictures for Industrial Light & Magic over in Marin. Fun fact, she got to be an extra in Star Wars Episode I!
Natalee has lived in San Francisco, Alameda, Montclair, Steamboat Springs, CO, and currently resides in Piedmont, CA where she is raising her two sons along with her husband. She grew up in a family of real estate investors and has always had a passion for real estate. While living in San Francisco she property-managed an 18-unit apartment building and later moved to Steamboat Springs, CO to start a construction / remodeling / property management business. She worked on the operations and design side of the business managing contractors, scheduling, and coordinating materials for the remodels, purchasing tile, plumbing, and lighting fixtures, designing custom closets, property managing vacation rentals, home staging, and was a licensed Realtor in Colorado before moving back to the Bay Area in 2009.
