About Natalia

Natalia Chandra earned her BA from Calstate Polytechnic Pomona in Accounting. She has 26 years of work experience in accounting and finance.

Prior to joining RVM Associates, she was the Controller at the Hollywood Metropolitan Hotel & Plaza in Hollywood (featuring a twelve story Hotel building and 36-unit plaza) for 13 years. Her responsibilities included supervising multiple departments and being responsible for the Hotel & Plaza’s finances, including making decisions regarding all financial matters on behalf of the owners. Natalia joined RVM Associates in February 2006 as a Corporate Accountant, and since then she has been handling the corporation books, as well as other entities’ sets of books.

Natalia got her Real Estate license in December 2007, and had RVM Associates and Douglas Huberman, President of RVM Associates, as her brokers. Since December 2007, Natalia has been a member of Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors, MLS/CLAW (Combined Los Angeles and West side Association of Realtors), and Southland Regional Association of Realtors.

She has successfully sold dozens of residential units including some multi-million-dollar homes and has done many residential leases. Besides being the Controller and Real Estate Agent of the company, she has also been a Notary Public for RVM Associates since last September 2010.

Natalia always has her hands full, constantly juggling between tasks, while being a proud mother of her three daughters, ages 15, 19 and 22 (whom she calls “the loves of her life”) who have achieved such great academic accomplishments that she cannot stop herself from bragging about them.
