Before meeting Natalia, I was introduced to another agent who offered to help me search for a house in Hudson County, NJ. After a month or so, I realized this agent was not going to help me buy a house simply because he failed doing the very basics, which is sending me a list of houses to choose from…. After multiple follow ups, I gave up and decided to do this myself. I started by looking at properties listed on Zillow and narrowed it down to ones that I liked. As I said, I had originally thought about not getting an agent at all and handle the whole process through closing myself. After asking several friends and relatives, they suggested that I get an agent to help me navigate the stressful and time-consuming process of buying a house. Besides the agent that had originally offered to help me, I didn’t really know of any other agents in the Hudson County area. I decided to do a search online and look for agents who had good reviews… and that’s how I met Natalia. As I mentioned, I had already done the first step of the process, which was finding the house. Right after we spoke, Natalia immediately started to do her work and provided me with sales comparables and suggested how much our offer should be. Once the offer was accepted, we moved on to the inspections. We had at least 4 inspections plus 2 contractors who came to do estimates on repairs and Natalia adjusted her schedule to accommodate the inspectors and contractors. Closing was scheduled at 9:30am and it was 2 hours away from where the property is located. As such, I had to ask Natalia to be at the property extremely early so we could do the final walk through. Not only did she do it once by twice, because closing was postponed once due to an issue on the seller’s side. I would definitely recommend Natalia to anyone looking to buy and sell a house because she really cares about her clients even if that means pulling out of a deal. Natalia is a very knowledgeable and hard working person who always makes herself available at ANY time to answer any questions or concerns. During the process, I had several calls very late at night (10pm-11pm) due to my work and Natalia was very kind to accommodate. One would ask why I am recommending Natalia as a seller’s agent -in addition to being a buyer’s agent - if I was buying a house. I have to say I thought about backing out of the deal in a few instances because the seller’s agent was extremely unresponsive and I honestly don’t have the patience to deal with incompetent and useless people. Thanks to Natalia who went above and beyond and did things that were solely the seller agent’s responsibilities, I was able to close on my house. We both said it multiple times. It seems as though the seller’s had no representation and Natalia was filling in that gap.

After placing our home on the market 2 years ago with a different agent and zero success, we were fortunate enough to find Natalia when we decided to put our home back on the market. She is knowledgeable and aggressive ( & I mean that in the best way!) and she also understands the needs of her clients. Our past experience included no offers and a lazy agent who was waiting for buyers to materialize with a request that we lower the list price for no reason. This new experience with Natalia was the complete opposite... multiple offers, Natalia was bringing clients to us instead of waiting for them to magically appear, and she secured a higher price than we anticipated based on her expertise. Immediately following the first open house, we had an offer and then we had an even stronger offer following that original offer. Natalia knows the market and she knows how to get the deal done. Unlike other real estate agents we have worked with, Natalia truly has the best interest of her clients in mind. She spent time with us to explain the process, market, etc and offered us advice to make our condo more saleable and we are SO happy that we listened to her. We put our condo on the market because we have outgrown it … she asked us to put some furniture in storage to make the place look bigger and of course we were hesitant to spend money on storage but we did it since we were motivated to sell….and thank goodness we listened to her, because all we heard after that was how big our place looked and that we had an offer! Throughout this experience we have learned that a lot of other realtors are lazy or uninformed … but Natalia is motivated, passionate about her work, and treated us as a priority. She also has a sixth sense about the buyers. She knows how to sniff out and separate out the real buyers from those who are just testing the market and she filters out the low ball offers. She also respected our schedules and availability for showings. She gave us feedback before we even had to ask or follow up with her. Emails, texts and phone calls are answered promptly. In addition, Natalia recommended people that are certainly needed to get the job done (ie: attorney, inspector, bank loan contacts) but with no pressure at all. In short, you can’t go wrong with Natalia. Natalia guided us through this process the entire way, with care & professionalism. We have her to thank for this successful sale! She delivered! We would use her again in a heartbeat! ( ..and actually we already did! After the sale of this condo, we went back to Natalia and used her for the purchase of our new house after dealing with 4 other disastrous realtors!) Natalia is really the BEST at what she does.
