With a brother who is an architect and interior designer, and a husband who is a developer, Natalia is a real estate insider in a way few realtors are. Over the past four years, she has built her own brand in brokerage to complement the family tradition. Natalia specializes in sales and rentals of high-end real estate in Manhattan and the NYC boroughs. She excels in marketing, positioning, and developing real estate assets.
Born into the family of renowned Russian sculptor Georgy Frangulyan, Natalia studied at Moscow State University and the Glion Hotel School (Switzerland). She worked at the Savoy hotel, the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains (St. Moritz) and, after graduating from the exclusive Starwood Hotels management training program, was at The St. Regis and W New York. Most recently, Natalia was Director of Business Travel at The Park Lane Hotel New York.
Natalia is a mother of two and an active parent in her Forest Hills community. A cosmopolitan professional, she speaks fluent Russian and English, is proficient in German, and has basic command of French. Her interests include green living, yoga, art, theater, and ballet.
