We just worked together with Natalia Martin and her team. She brought Buyers to a property that we had for sale. She did a terrific job looking out for her clients. We could tell that everything she did was for them. Her documents were always filled out correctly and she negotiated on their behalf. We met Natalia as she was getting in her car to leave a showing for someone else. After talking with her for just a short time we knew we wanted her to be our realtor. My wife and I were both so impressed with her knowledge of the market in San Diego County and her genuine warmth, energy and desire for results. She also promised she would find us a house quickly as she knew we were becoming tired and frustrated after looking for almost a year. Truthfully we were about ready to give up. Over the next few days we felt as though we were her only client. She took us to see homes that had what we wanted to see, that had what we were looking for. She quickly, within the first week found the home we wanted and stayed by our side throughout the escrow period.I do not know how she manages to take care of her other clients when we feel like we have her 100% attention but somehow she does. Even today, a full 2 weeks since we closed she is still contacting us to ensure the house has been turned over to us the way it was agreed to be. In all honesty the company she works for is so fortunate to have Natalia with them. She is epitome of what a great real estate agent should be. Not phony, but absolutely genuine,honest and interested in what the client needs,not her own needs. When you meet her within the first few minutes you will know that not only are you talking to a great Real Estate agent but also a great Human Being.

I met Natalia at an open house a couple of years ago. Since then, she has become part of my extended family. She is a super friendly and intelligent person who know what to say, when to say, it and most importantly, how to say it. Without her, I never would have had the knowledge or the guts to buy my first home. She held my hand the entire time. Additionally, she knows several bankers in the area, and one of them I came to love as much as I love Natalia. She is a person who always returns phone calls the same day, and is super responsive to the numerous emotional and financial issues that pop up during a home transaction. She truly cares about her clients and their current and future well being. I have recommended her to my friends who have gone with her for their home purchases and they were just as happy with her as I am. I will certainly recommend her to all of my friends and family. Additionally, she is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. I believe this enables her to understand problems from unique perspectives. She is a beautiful person; I am sure you fall in love with her as soon as you meet her. I recommend her wholeheartedly without reservation.
