Our experience with Natalie was amazing! She helped us sell our home. She was professional, down to earth, very informative and was helpful in all areas. She gave us all the contacts for our home repairs and even set up some appointments for us. She updated us along every step of the way and answered all of my questions (even when I texted late at night). She made this whole experience seem effortless. I would recommend her to anyone!

Natalie is FANTASTIC! She helped me in both buying and selling a home. Patiently answering and fully explaining any and all questions that arose. Because of Natalie, I was able to purchase my first home quickly and within my budget. Natalie and I worked together previously; we went our separate ways but stayed connected through social media. One day out of the blue, I contacted Natalie saying “I want to buy a house. I have no clue what I am doing or where to start.” She immediately put on her realtor cap and jumped into action. She was able to work with my busy inconsistent schedule and was available all hours of the day. Since I was looking for a small starter home for me and my dog, she was extremely helpful and took my must haves very seriously (must have fenced in yard). We joked and laughed at some awful floor plans and she would even ask “Okay now where would you put your Christmas tree in this space”? I would have never thought about that and is it really important? Yes it is! She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyer like me. Also, she has referred me to a few trusty home improvement contacts and handyman services for some small projects. Through the home buying process Natalie and I have become closer and I can call her a true friend. I have recommended Natalie to friends and family and will continue to do so with confidence. You WILL NOT find a better realtor than her in the Hampton Roads area. She is phenomenal.

Bar none, if you are looking for a realtor that will see you through the finish line during one of the most stressful transitions of your life, please contact Natalie! She facilitated the sale of my condo three years ago and helped us recently on another sell and purchase!! To say our experience was unique is an extreme understatement!
