Natalie's professionalism is remarkable. My husband and I schedules are vastly different, but Natalie accommodated us in every way possible to make a smooth experience.She is a very talented realtor who has justified her abilities with education. We went into Closing expecting to pay more Closing Costs and actually walked out with a check. I had previously bought a home, so i was expecting a closing date in the FAR future, however, Natalie gave us a tentative date to close and we actually closed a few days earlier. She is awesome. Once Closing was over, we had questions about different things (Re-Financing) and Natalie was readily available to answer all our questions and point us in the right direction. She is not just your Realtor during the buying process but she is there for you afterwards. I recommend Natalie all the time and I would definitely utilize her again for any of my housing needs. She is definitely a 10 Star Realtor:)

In 2006, Natalie has helped me patiently search for my 1st home in Gainesville. With an added plus we found a rental property during the process. So, it was without a doubt, in 2016, when we wanted to purchase our next home in Clay County we called her. I couldn't imagine purchasing my next home without Natalie holding my hands throughout the process. Not only have we purchased 3 homes with her help. She recently sold our rental property. I am looking forward to my next home search, because I know no matter where I go, Natalie is going to make sure my family has a place to call home.
