I've called the Twin Cities home for over 25 years, but I was born and raised in Hawaii.

Our situation was a out of the ordinary. We were not the highest bid by far but we got the first home that we we were shown, the home we wanted but didn’t think we could have. (I had loved these style of homes for years prior) How?
Natalie. The most solution-minded realtor.
She suggested an option I had never heard of and while it doesn’t work in every situation it did for us and was the absolute right path. She saw immediately the way to get us to our end goal.

We cannot stop saying thank you to Natalie, truly. Everything about this experience was new to us as first time buyers and the level of anxiety I’m sure you’re feeling even reading this, if you’re like us, is off the charts, just like ours was.

Hiring Natalie as a real estate agent to buy a townhome in this unusual market was the best decision I have ever made. She always listened to my concerns, always replied to any and all of my communications and always provided sound advice.

As a minority, many times I do not feel treated as anyone else. She went to great lengths to assure me my needs were as important as every one of her clients, regardless of income, race, gender or national origin. She was always in my corner.
