Our situation was a out of the ordinary. We were not the highest bid by far but we got the first home that we we were shown, the home we wanted but didn’t think we could have. (I had loved these style of homes for years prior) How?
Natalie. The most solution-minded realtor.
She suggested an option I had never heard of and while it doesn’t work in every situation it did for us and was the absolute right path. She saw immediately the way to get us to our end goal.

We cannot stop saying thank you to Natalie, truly. Everything about this experience was new to us as first time buyers and the level of anxiety I’m sure you’re feeling even reading this, if you’re like us, is off the charts, just like ours was.

Hiring Natalie as a real estate agent to buy a townhome in this unusual market was the best decision I have ever made. She always listened to my concerns, always replied to any and all of my communications and always provided sound advice.

As a minority, many times I do not feel treated as anyone else. She went to great lengths to assure me my needs were as important as every one of her clients, regardless of income, race, gender or national origin. She was always in my corner.

I would greatly recommend Natalie to anyone who wants a true ally in the home buying and selling process.

Natalie did a great job and I would most certainly recommend her as your realtor!
She helped us purchase our home without us seeing it in person. Natalie's patience and attention to detail in allowing us to zoom tour the house, taking multiple picutres for us to review, as well as answering our million questions; all of it helped give us faith and trust in the process knowing we had a reliable realtor when purchasing from out of state.
She also helped us in gettting to know the new area and provided informaton on nearby resources, shops, and more!

Very patient, friendly and reliable realtor. Took time to understand our needs and kept refining homes she presented as we moved forwarded. She didn’t just sign us up to some automatic listing email like some realtors! I especially liked how she worked with the seller’s realtor on the inspection process. I’ve been through several real estate transactions and handling that is an art. She helped convince the seller to cure some deficiencies and everyone was happy. Natalie is someone you can trust. Stop looking - hire her. She’s the one.
