Natasa Ivetic, has been a real estate professional for more than 12 years, initially with Prudential Centennial and currently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Larchmont. She is originally from Belgrade, Serbia, which was home for 25 years before she moved to Toronto, then later Westchester County, New York.
She has been uniquely qualified to help buyers or sellers make significant lifestyle changes. Moving several times throughout her life has provided her with the knowledge and ability to expertly guide clients through the process from beginning to the end.
Her introduction into residential real estate began when she and her husband decided to make Larchmont the community to raise their family. With interest Natasa took it upon herself to learn about the local real estate market, the complexity of purchasing a home and how to manage their expectations. In the end, she found an ideal home in Larchmont where they still live today. One of her two children has graduated from nationally ranked Mamaroneck High School and now is in college while the other is still a student there.
Real estate is a competitive industry and technological advancements change the field on a regular basis to make the agents more efficient. Natasa still believes interpersonal skills and a strong relationship with clients are indispensable ingredients to her success as an agent. Natasa feels her international background; experience and skill set made her well suited for real estate.
