Where do I start?....I'm a born and raised New York City resident. I never thought that home ownership was a reality because I was laser focused that I was "New York till I die" but, the prices in my range would put me to a 2 bedroom coop in a "less than desired area." *ahem ahem*

A friend that already lived in Philly gently nudged me to considering ownership there... I did the usual ZillowStalk and I was super pleasantly surprised by what I saw and was committed to a move!

OK, I need a realtor: GOOGLE!!!
I did a general super deep dive search (like all women do) I initally cordially contacted a group that NEVER REACHED BACK OUT TO ME...I felt burnt... then, I saw Natasha's information. The glowing consistent reviews drew me in. I thought "no more emails for 1st intros I'll call her". The first time I called her went excellently. I clearly remeber her saying "I want the home buying experience to be educational and fun for you." And it absolutely was that and so much more!!!

Long story short, today I closed on a dream home that I would have NEVER fathomed I would be able to get in this lifetime because of Natasha's honesty, thoughtfulness and tiger spirit for me as her client. She is epic. I have already referred my sister to her AND she's now showing my sister a few properties this weekend !

I LOVE NATASHA REYES. She is the best hands down. Natasha is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Her personality is very welcoming and engaging which definitely sets the tone. The home buying process is very scary however when you have Natasha by your side no need to fear because she fights for you hard. She knows Philadelphia area well if you are looking in that area. Natasha, was more than helpful in finding my brother an apartment in Philadelphia although she only specializes in selling/buying homes. She was extremely honest, upfront about her expertise and was still able to find him a great apartment that fit right in his price range! She was able to provide information to me and my wife that we knew nothing about and made sure to explain everything in a way that truly helped us on our path to finding a home.

You can easily tell that she takes great pride in what she does and will go to many lengths to see her clients find their forever homes. With just small details, Natasha was able to identify various homes that fit the description, area, and budget we were looking for.
