Natasha began her real estate career in 2002 working with one of the top Loan Officers in Sacramento County. For her, Real Estate was love at a first...transaction! Natasha enjoys the challenges of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals while, also, building strong relationships along the way.

Natasha is a full-time Real Estate Broker and has been through the best and exceptionally challenging times. Her background in mortgage lending has given her a solid foundation and understanding of not only financial nuances but also able to navigate the climate of distressed properties at all levels. Through her experience in Pre-Foreclosure properties, Natasha acquired the acumen and negotiating skills leading to successfully closing over 95% of her Short Sale transactions. Whether she is collaborating with sellers in preparing a property for the market by including extensive valuation work, staging, facilitating inspections and repairs, or helping the buyers find their dream homes or an investment property, Natasha successfully develops a plan that explores and evaluates all options in the current market. She has great success representing both buyers and sellers in "multiple-offer" situations and she knows how to effectively advocate for her clients. Keeping everyone informed throughout a transaction is her key focus. Her ability to collaborate with people from all walks of life has contributed to her success and led to continued repeated and referred business from satisfied buyers and sellers.
