Whether she is collaborating with sellers in preparing a property for the market by including extensive valuation work, staging, facilitating inspections and repairs, or helping the buyers find their dream homes or an investment property, Natasha successfully develops a plan that explores and evaluates all options in the current market. She has great success representing both buyers and sellers in "multiple-offer" situations and she knows how to effectively advocate for her clients. Keeping everyone informed throughout a transaction is her key focus.
