What a seamless transaction it was working with Nate! I purchased my property while living out of town and Nate went above and beyond to served as my proxy to make this happen. He went to the open house and FT’d me, he attended the inspection and FT’d me, he attended the appraisal and FT’d me, and at the closing. . . you get the point. He also managed to handle all the obstacles in between.
I loved the personalized housewarming gift🥰🥰. Post closing, he continued to reach out to see how he could help. He is the epitome of hospitality.

To say Nate is the greatest is honestly an understatement. This man is the absolute truth and excellent at what he does. Very professional, very knowledgeable and works hard to ensure his clients enjoys every moment during the process of finding the right home. The best realtor on the planet. Nate was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and accessible, but yet still aggressive and hardworking. I listed my house right when the market crashed. However, Nate was strategic and still found a buyer. I’m glad that I chose him.

Nate is the ultimate professional, his level of service is refreshing and he is great at anticipating your needs and wants after meeting with you initially. He follows up and follows through in a timely manner. Even after the sale/purchase he reaches out to make sure his clients are good and are in need of anything!
