I didn't have plans of buying a house immediately, but being new to the area my girlfriend and I decided to check out some open houses. Accidentally stumbling across a beautiful home outside of our budget we found Nathan at that listing. He took the time to reach out to us afterwards and stay in contact. With each call he learned a little more about what we were looking for in a house and it showed because the houses he would contact us about were just about perfect. It didn't take long, even though we were still in contact and in the middle of Covid-19, but we found a few homes that we liked enough to go see in person. He managed to put us in budget, in our desired location and it was such a good fit of a home that we ended up buying it. He helped walk us through the process, recommending a trusted home inspector and a handyman to give us an idea of what it would cost to make the necessary repairs. Ultimately, he helped negotiate us a great deal. If you were to ever talk to me in person about buying a house, we wouldn't have that conversation without me recommending him to help you with your search. Thanks again Nathan!
