Nate was an exceptional agent for us during our home buying process as well as our home selling. He earned our trust immediately and gave us honest feedback each time we visited a home or inquired about a house. During one house tour, he looked at us and told us directly that the house would be a money pit. For someone who is new to all of this, I was taken back by his professionalism, honesty, and ability to look at the house from a keen eye. He saw potential problems that were invisible to me because I got caught up with only looking at aesthetics. Nate took time to answer our questions and was quick to respond. He met our inspector while we were at work and recommended reputable names for us for work we wanted/needed to do in our home. In the buying and selling process, he gave us help with negotiating. We not only got our dream home for a price well within our budget, but he helped us make decisions on how we can make our house we were selling more marketable. Overall, we recommend Nate. Nate is wonderful to work with. He was attentive and quick to answer all questions while selling our home. He followed up with all parties involved and kept us informed throughout the entire process to ensure it was a smooth transition.

Nate is also helping us find a new home. He always schedules showings within a timely manner and never discourages us along the way. He is truthful and intuitive when seeing houses as he looks into things that we may not notice up front. He is vested in making sure we are putting our money into a house that will not have issues in the near future or down the road. We trust his opinion and are happy we chose him as our realtor. Buying a house is a stressful endeavor, but Nate helped us get through every step along the way. He did a lot of legwork behind the scenes to make sure we looked at properties that fit our needs and budget. When it came time to look at houses, he worked around our scheduled as best he could.

When we found the house that we ultimately purchased, his industry experience also helped us prepare our offer, and he saved us a lot of money!! He also helped us find a mortgage lender. It helps to have a real estate agent that you can trust, and Nate fits the bill.
