When I was looking for homes I was very nervous and anxious. When I met Nate he immediately made me feel calm and cared for. It felt like a family member was working with me. He constantly checked in with me and made sure the seller was doing everything they could to give me the best possible deal. I would tell other buyers that having a strong realtor can make or break your buying experience. I’d recommend Nate to anyone, I’ve already told family when they are ready to buy please speak to Nate.

The most memorable part was closing. When I was signing closing paperwork and seeing Nate with me beginning to end really did seal the deal for me.

Nathan is an outlet of positive energy. Such a great guy and friend. He's the type to give someone the shirt off his back. He treats everyone like family (his clients, colleagues and staff)
And for that, he goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Though he can be very busy at times, he will give you his 100% focus and attention when he's with you. Very knowledgeable and informed with current trends.

I don't normally write reviews for anyone or anything, because I never feel I need to say more than give it a "star rating". With Nathan, I feel that by not sharing my experience would be a disservice to anyone searching for a good realtor.

To say that Nathan is a great realtor is an understatement. Our very first meeting he brought a Home Seller Guide with pertinent information on what the procedure would be and numerous tips to help us make our home look "Show Ready". We spent numerous hours going over all the fine details and he had brought with him the sales numbers from several properties that sold in the area in the last few weeks to help us understand the current market and where it sits. He even made sure to find properties that were very similar to give us an apples to apples comparison.

From there the chaos started, but with Nathan's help it was never overwhelming. He was always a phone call away and almost always answered the call or at least called back within a half hour.

We even had a moment when we were dealing with an overzealous realtor who was pushing us to sell our home to ensure we could buy through them. It was causing a lot of stress to the family and Nathan took it upon himself to call the other realtor and settle him down. I have no idea what was said, but I can tell you that every conversation after was much nicer and the stress levels dropped significantly.

In preparation for the Open House, Nathan came by multiple times to help us understand what was expected of potential buyers and we utilized the Home Sellers Guide he gave us earlier as a checklist of sorts to always make sure we were working in the right direction. He came by multiple times and got beautiful pictures to post on the many realtor sites and kept our listing updated on all of them. He even came over the day before the open house to walk us through what was going to happen the next few days and what we could do to help.

During the Open House Nathan showed up ready to go with a team of realtors to help all prospective buyers and give them all personal walkthroughs of the property and bags of snacks and drinks a plenty. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable and we got offers almost immediately due to their hard work and preparations.

We then spent time going over all the offers and finding the right one that worked for our very specific and (i'll be honest) annoying needs. Once we narrowed down the offers that fit, he helped us put together some good counter offers and played the back and forth till we settled on one party that checked all the boxes.

During this time he was always professional and personable and by the end of the whole process I consider him a friend. Even after the house sold and we moved everything out Nathan helped us get the place cleaned up and ready for the next home owner and even mailed us some packages that got sent before we set up the change of address.

Time and time again Nathan went above and beyond the call of duty to not only help us sell our house, but make sure we had a fun enjoyable experience while we did it. He even helped my Mother who was selling this house due to a divorce handle all the paperwork on the divorce side to ensure that her ex got what was demanded while also ensuring that everything else was contractually protected from him in the future.

If you are looking for a Realtor and you've read this far through my review than I want you to know that you cannot go wrong by going with Nathan K Lee and his team of amazing Realtors.

There's so much i can say but thos platform wont allow me to tell it all. This experience has been a trying one but Mr. Lee made the transition smooth even when I wanted to give up and back out of the whole home buying process with NACA. I even tried other avenues but i eventually came back to the naca program and kept nathan as my agent. Nathan is a true jewel and I was graced to have him as my agent. He's very patient, knowledgeable 😌 and he knew what I liked from just telling him once. He didn't force me to make offers because he pretty much knew by my vibes on the home. Nathan I know you have to handle other clients but I just wanted to tell you thank you so very much for being who you were with me. It meant much you knew my dilemma but God saw me through the whole thing. This was rough somewhat but you did give me truthfulness and I so appreciated it. Nathan and his team at Berkshire Hathaway helped us sell our home back in 2019. It took us a long time to find what we wanted, and Nathan was patient with us during the whole process. We closed escrow on our new home November 2021, just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not many people have the privilege of truly seeing what their parents do for a living. Fortunately, my Father was my agent and I was able to see why he has been so successful throughout his career. Over time I have met many of the couples, families, and individuals my Father has represented over the years. They always tell me about how amazing my Dad is. Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents.
