I cannot say enough good things about Mountain Realty. Nathan went above and beyond every step of the way. He always had our best interests in mind and made sure we purchased a home that was everything we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about every single aspect of of the homes we looked at, and made sure to point out any areas of concern. I have had the opportunity to work with Nathan personally a few times the first was about 11 years ago on a purchase and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. He showed us 4 homes and we closed on the 4th 60 days after. The second time Nathan was more of a networking resource on buyout situation and he had me in touch with a mortgage lender within a day and I closed on the property in 40days. Im back again working with Nathan on property purchase as well as the sale of an existing property. As usual Nathan is responsive, his attention to detail has elevated and I anticipate our dealings to be professional and swift.

Austin and Cathy were amazing to work with. Austin checked in throughout the entire process keeping us in the loop and keeping us excited for the final closing date. Even after closing he was checking in and making sure we were happy! Austin was always happy to make recommendations when needed on items from helping our home plan to financing potentials.

In Real Estate I believe a referred Broker is better. Time and time again this is proven to me, and in my most recent sale of my home in Lancaster, PA it was no different. After interviewing two Brokers who had lots of signs posted but no personalities and lack of interest in me or my home, a neighbor referred me to Barbara Flick of Mountain Realty LLC.

Barbara came prepared to our first meeting, already knowing the history of the property and being ready to discuss what the potential listing value could be. Barbara presenter herself and someone who cares about you, your wants and needs. As we listed with Barbara, she became part of the family. Barbara was there to help move items, get cleaners in, pick colors, even making arrangements to meet any vendors hired.

Barbara was there when our lawn decided to have way too many weeds after a long rain, as she mixed up a batch of her own weed killer and applied it to the lawn. Barbara would call and stop over to check up on us and how we were doing. I simply cannot write enough about Barbara, she a great Broker and wonderful person.

Nathan and his team are spectacular! There isn’t a better agent out there. The customer service and knowledge are the best ever. And when things got stressful moving he is the one you want in your corner.

When moving day arrives ask about “The Beast”. I have worked with many realtors in the past and never have I experienced the level of customer service that Nathan and his team have displayed time and time again.

He is easily the best realtor around!

Nathan Mountain is a true real estate professional and expert. His knowledge of the local market and of the process are the best I have come across. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the process of selling my parents' home because his experience radiates confidence.

Nathan goes above and beyond the call of duty in a way I have never experienced with other real estate agents. When a catastrophe hit the home the day we were supposed to list it, Nathan saved the day. Living out of state, it was virtually impossible for me to get vital services out to the property to give quotes and a quick turnaround on essential repairs. Nathan stepped in and, utilizing his substantial network of service providers, he not only set up appointments for them to make a site visit, he personally met each one at the house and even managed the delivery of services once the work was contracted. We never could have completed the repairs and gotten the house listed within a month without Nathan's dedication to us, his clients.
