About Nathan

He started his real estate career in 1994 when he turned his first home into a rental. One rental turned into two and soon he owned thirteen rentals. He became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering being an agent.

In 2010 he joined Dunnigan Realtors and refocused his passion. Now he hunts for the perfect homes for his clients and uses his extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make his listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in project management and complex negotiations before becoming a Realtor he strived for the best results for his clients while making the process as smooth as possible.

With almost no personal advertising (you’ll never see his name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) he’s built his business through providing superior service and communication. The majority of his business is now past clients and referrals but he usually has time to take on new clients that find him in other ways as well. For many years he has consistently been in the top 1% production out of all Sacramento County agents.

Aside from real estate his passions are going to Yosemite, Tahoe and anywhere in the mountains. Hiking around Sacramento, up Half Dome and across the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim in a day. He also loves pruning his Japanese Maple trees and most of all, traveling the world with his amazing wife.

He lives in East Sac and specializes in the amazing homes here but he is happy to help his clients in whatever neighborhood they would like to live. He loves helping his clients buy the perfect home in the perfect location or sell when the time is right. It doesn’t matter where they are buying or selling or what price range, they will always get his million dollar service.
