Nate is the co-founder of The Capital Park Team and has been licensed to sell real estate since 2002. Nate has built his career on his extensive knowledge of all things real estate, particularly as they relate to the DC Market. He is a third-generation broker with substantial first-hand experience in real estate development, renovation, and investment.
Nate passionately believes that savvy real estate transactions are a key catalyst for all good things in life. He feels that no one is more committed to providing value to the client in the transaction than a good real estate agent. Nate is a master negotiator, tireless worker and dynamic problem solver who prides himself on a professional and diligent approach to each transaction. Nate lives in Chevy Chase with his wife, Jackie, along with their two children, three dogs, and a newly adopted cat! He grew up in Burlington, Vermont before going on to graduate summa cum laude with honors in Economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. When he isn’t working, Nate enjoys spending time with his family, running in Rock Creek Park, kite surfing in the Outer Banks, and golfing at many of the great courses around the nation's capital.
