He is humble, approachable and realistic in what the market is for your property. He is in South Carolina and I was looking for information on a property in Nebo North Carolina. Nathaniel Canfall deserves realtor of the decade. I had a realtor previously and we were losing from every angle. I then learned that I could fire them and start over. I was on a time crunch and houses were flying off the market.

Through 3 mutual friends (we were unaware that they were mutual), our alliance was sealed. Within a week, I was under contract.

When I was uncertain of things or had random questions, he was there. When doubt and feeling undeserving of such a beautiful home, he was there to reassure me. When folks was trying to play with my intellect because of me being a first time home buyer, he made sure that what I needed was first and foremost.

I appreciate him more than he will ever know. The Realtor was awesome, but the man that kept his word throughout the whole process, is priceless.

Words cannot express my gratitude! Working with Mr. Canfall has been a blessing. He’s more than a realtor and cares about what he does.

When I reached out to him, I didn’t know much about the home buying process. I was nervous but he made us feel so comfortable. It was like talking to an uncle who knew everything about real estate. My situation was unique I believe and at times I doubted myself but Mr. Canfall believed in me when I didn’t. He went beyond “above and beyond “. I didn’t know he has other clients because he made us feel like we were the only ones. I had gotten so used to hearing from him every day and thought that would end after we close . Nope. He has reached out almost every week and on the holidays.

To know that Mr. Canfall played a part in my fiancé and I breaking generational curses brings me tears every time I think about our process. He also kept it honest with me about certain situations. Mr. Canfall was thorough and knowledgeable about information of showings that is not listed about the properties just from sight and smell. Great business man and knows how to close a deal. 4 out of 5 stars because I did not like the lending company they were assosciated with when I got approved and closed but they no longer do business with that lender.
