Nathen Cunningham

Nate grew up and graduated high school in Osage, Iowa. He served in the US Army and Iowa Army National Guard right out of high school and went on to complete one tour in Northeast Afghanistan. Nate then attended North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City for two years. During college he worked in construction and bartended. Following that, he moved to Stewartville and eventually relocated to Rochester where he currently lives with his significant other Jessica and their three children Finn, Rae, and Cal in Rochester, Nate worked for a large automotive dealer as a service advisor and was then promoted to store manager of an offsite service location. Nate owed my own automotive shop and understand the cost of business.

He received his realtor's license in December of 2017 and now partnered with Coldwell Banker Realty. In his spare time, he loves to bowl, golf. Coach youth wresting, football and Tee ball. Nate brings the spirit of service to the real estate industry and provides the highest level of communication and customer service to everyone that he works for.
