Natty Rios-Sipes

With a diverse background that includes a stint as a news anchor, Realtor Natty Rios-Sipes uses her unique experience as a business professional to better serve her real estate clients. Graduated from Santa Monica College and CSUN in Mass Media Communications. A self-described perfectionist, she is also sent and caring, which are traits she employs every day as a Realtor serving all of Ventura County's residential real estate needs. Natty does volunteer work in the community and donates from every transaction to Children's Miracle Network; Children's Hospitals L. A. Natty was member of SAG/AFTRA and worked in the entertainment industry, feature films & TV. She opened a women's boutique in Santa Monica Promanade. Bought a Franchise ''Fastframe'' in Sonoma County. Special Ed Teacher for Elementary & Middle School with the Pleasant Valley School District. Founder of Paragon Studios in 1987, which is a youth empowering organization that focuses in personal development and etiquette. Founder of Bilingual Lifestyle Magazine, Diva Tu! in 2008. Rios-Sipes is a Ventura County resident since 1999 and works with her husband Michael Sipes Broker/owner of Remax Gold Coast, along with her father in law, Glen Sipes, who founded the business 26 years ago.
