Naveed was so responsive and wonderful to work with. Having him as a realtor really helped eliminate any stress and concerns with buying our first home. He really prepares you for what to expect throughout the entire process. He always made himself available to answer any questions and was always keeping us updated. He is professional and reliable. I truly can’t say enough great things. I feel like he always had our best interest in mind. I trust his guidance and expertise wholeheartedly. We feel so grateful to have had him as our realtor and would highly recommend him.

Naveed is such a great Realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. This was our first time purchasing a home and Naveed guided us through the entire process. Once we found our potential home, He briefed us on what to expect and what we were waiting on. He even took the time to answer any questions we had at basically any time of the day. He opened up any/all means of communication with us (call, text, and email). He was also our middleman between the title company and lender. The entire process was so seamless and smooth. We would definitely love to have him as a realtor when our needs arise again. So with that said we wholeheartedly highly recommend Naveed Shah as your Realtor.

Naveed was the best to work with. Not only did I have the pleasure of working with him to find my first and second rental apartment in northern Virginia, but he recently helped me to find my first (dream) home. He was always available to answer questions (thoroughly) and I had a ton of questions. He really went to bat for us and made sure we were getting the best we could at the price we named. Without Naveed I don’t know if i would have felt comfortable buying my first home, I really felt like his only client ( and I know he was busy). I don’t think you’ll find better in the area.

Naveed has helped us find renters for our condo in Oakton, Virginia twice now, and both times he was a pleasure to work with! He lists the place, does a walk through with the current tenants, shows the property to prospective tenants, performs background checks, etc. Naveed’s services are essential for us since we are an Air Force family and haven’t lived in Virginia since I bought the place in 2010! We plan to utilize Naveed’s expertise every time we need new tenants! Thank you Naveed!
