Navpreet helped my family and I find a new home. Before meeting Navpreet we had spent time with the other agents and it seemed that our house search was not going anywhere as we wanted a person with good critical feedback that can help us in finding a perfect home for our need.Our house search had become very confusing as we were not getting any critical feedback. We were very undecided in the beginning as we were looking for a new home and wanted the home to be good but did not want to spend too much money. Also the homes were going very fast as the market in the spring time was quite crazy. Every home we looked at was going off market pretty quickly and we were new to the process. We also were working with a couple other personal matters and Navpreet helped us to make sure our timing was correct in what we are looking for that matched out needs. We looked all over Germantown and Gaithersburg and finally settled with Clarksburg after discussing the pros and cons of condos, regular townhomes, schools that we preferred etc.As a first time homebuyer, there were lot of uncertainties in our mind and we also did not know much about the finances so after we found a home Navpreet was able to help us with understanding the different financial products and we finally were able to settle on the right loan for us and the right home for our new family. Navpreet was able to guide us through the process for finding the home, the contract, negotiating with the pricing given with lenders and the builder as well as then helped with the builder for our inspections and finally closing. We found the home we liked and will be sure to use Navpreet again in our search for a new home when our family grows bigger. We would highly recommend Navpreet for his qualities of promptness, critical feedback and for his passion in helping the people find right home for one's need. Nav was very helpful with buying my first home. I was looking at a couple different areas and did some of my own research but Nav was great in helping me understand the different areas through the eyes of an expert. Luckily he has a background in business so was able to help me understand all the costs associated with purchasing and even told me when we made our offer that it was too high and would not appraise. I really appreciated that knowledge when our appraisal came back much lower than the list price and even our offer price. Luckily everything worked out smoothly as Nav helped me negotiate an even lower price and throughout the process was always available via phone or email to answer any questions and guide me through the process of inspections, appraisals financing and finally settlement. Navpreet sold our house successfully in Columbia, MD. Having him was a great help because we actually moved out of state several years ago and the home had been on the rental market. Being out of state and in a different time zone, Navpreet was able to maintain channels of communication and even take care of things around the home that needed to be cleaned up/fixed to get the home ready to sell. I would absolutely recommend him in you're in the market for buying or selling!

Being a first time home buyer can be a very intimidating experience. For that reason I was super picky and took my sweet time deciding on the perfect house. Thankfully Navpreet was extremely patient with me. He was always very professional and prompt in his responses to all my questions. Not only was he honest about the negotiations but he also went out of his way to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the loan process. Unfortunately, after several months of searching, I decided that I wasn't ready to buy yet. So he then helped me find my current apartment which I love. Nav and his partner worked with us to buy our house. Our favorite thing about them was their accessibility and responsiveness - we could email at all hours of the night or day, any day of the week, and we'd pretty much always get a thorough response within minutes. It was very impressive, and very reassuring during the stressful and hectic house-buying process. Nav and His partner did a great job of guiding us through the whole process, explaining how everything worked, and minimizing how overwhelming everything was. They were great at arranging viewings very quickly once we expressed interest in seeing a property. Navpreet was really helpful in finding the right house for us as well as in negotiation with the seller so we could get the best deal. He actually took care of house inspection for us. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because the lender was unable to provide us loan in which case he was able to get our deposit. I would recommend him as an agent and would like to work with him when we find a lender in the future. - Al
