We used Nazih to sell our old home and buy our new home. For the sale of our old home, we had multiple offers and a contract within the first couple of days of its listing. We were thrilled with his effort to which he went to ensure that the pictures and description of our property were 'extremely attractive' to potential buyers. For the purchase of our new home, Nazih showed me every house that I wanted to see. Once he knew what I wanted, he set out to ensure we were in contract for the price we were willing to pay. My wife and I needed to move to the Youngstown area quickly, so we made some pretty outrageous timing demands. Nazih got us into our first home four years ago and after outgrowing it, we knew just who to contact for both the sale and purchase of our next home. Nazih's excellent industry knowledge made both processes seamless. Between his pictures, staging tips, and listing description we were on the market for just 9 days before being under contract!
