I found the best realtor in Nashville, I really did! When looking to buy a home in Nashville, Nazreen Dehal was recommended to my husband and I, and we will be forever grateful! Nazreen is professional, knowledgable, so hardworking, kind and gracious. We only had three days to find a home and Nazreen constantly reassured us that we would succeed, she was not going to stop searching until she found it - and she did! Nazreen Dehal is hands down the best realtor in town! Naz helped us navigate through a three step process in real estate:
1) Sell our house in Franklin: Naz not only staged our house beautifully, but she also positioned the price where we received 19 offers, all above asking price!
2. Find a temporary rental while we searched for our dream home in Pegram
3. Purchase a house in Pegram: we found our dream home, Naz positioned the offer so that it was attractive to the seller, outbid another buyer and has helped us navigate through the buying process with ease and professionalism.
