Neal Klotsman

Finance-based reasoning and a design-based vision fuels Neal’s creative and focused approach to any situation. Neal formerly worked in finance and has a highly analytical mind, but also brings a keen eye and aesthetic sensibility when offering design advice for his clients.

An investment property specialist, Neal is the ultimate deal-maker and problem solver known for his personalized service and transparent approach. He is licensed in New York and Florida, with specializations in the Soho/ NoHo and Nolita neighborhoods as well as Miami.

Born in New York and raised between Manhattan and Bergen County, NJ, Neal attended Baruch College. His strong background in sales, marketing, finance and real estate afford him a diverse skill set that is business based and client service driven.

Neal has lived on the Upper East Side, the East Village over the years and currently resides in SoHo plus owns property in Sunny Isles, Florida. He speaks Russian and English, enjoys contemporary art, and frequents art galleries in Chelsea in his spare time.
