Neal Wade

As a founding partner at Main Street, Neal is integral to every aspect of the Main Street investments platform, including overseeing acquisitions, disposition, asset management, equity relationships and financing.

Prior to forming Main Street, Neal was a partner at Baker Katz, a boutique retail brokerage and investment firm for where he sourced, acquired and developed over 45 retail projects totaling 2,000,000 s.f across Texas.

Prior to forming Main Street, Neal began his real estate career at AmREIT, a real estate investment trust. He was in charge of leasing the company’s retail portfolios in Houston, San Antonio and McAllen, totaling 1.5 million square feet of retail space and completed additional leases on over 750,000 square feet. Neal also managed joint ventures on behalf of AmREIT with institutional investors including AEW and JP Morgan Chase.

Neal graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in finance. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys bird hunting, fishing and spending time with his three boys and wife, Mary.
