Nee (Nghi) and her family moved to the Roaring Fork Valley over 40years ago from China by way of Vietnam. She was raised in a traditional home, deeply values the Chinese culture and customs and continues to maintain close family connections in China, Canada and Hong Kong. She was educated in the United States but speaks Chinese fluently, with Cantonese as her primary language.
