Nehad went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with an aggressive association that would not cooperate with the buying agent. Also after taking the home off the market he advised us to do some upgrades and putting it back on the market for more money then we original listed it for and eventually getting us a full price offer in less than a week. Wow where do I start Nehad Alhassan my agent was so knowledgeable, and listed to what I wanted out of my new home. Which was a huge search but he did it I am so happy In my new home and my parents are as well. My day said he feels like a movie star. Nehad is very polite, and kind as well he treats you like your family if he dose not like the home for you he will tell you.He is not just out to sell you a place too live he strives too make it a great decision so you will be happy. Nehad was very proactive. He contacted me the day that I listed it For Sale By Owner. He also bought customers to see it (very unusual for an agent to show a For Sale By Owner home). He made suggestions on how to better market and show my home. He was helpful in spite of it not being his listing. He is honest and straightforward. When I decided to list it with someone, there was no question it would be with him. He is very proactive and had an aggressive marketing plan. It sold immediately.
