Neil Bridgers

Born and raised as a Southerner with a passion for people, Neil moved to Jacksonville, FL ten years ago from South Carolina.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he worked for Verizon Wireless and Microsoft before finally pursuing his dream career as a REALTOR. Neil has always enjoyed sales since his days in Boy Scouts where he would sell popcorn and raffle tickets.

Today by putting both passions together doing what he loves, he has received multiple awards with Watson Realty for his high-volume production and joined the Watson Realty Corp leadership team. Neil is the Sales Manager of both the San Marco and Sunbeam Watson offices. When asked why he decided to make this transition Neil said, "I truly love real estate, but I also love teaching, coaching, and inspiring others. By moving into the leadership role with Watson I am able to help others change their life through real estate." Also, why Neil is a Florida state instructor approved to teach multiple continuing education courses. Neil explains that through both avenues he can help people pursue a new career in real estate and help experienced agents take their business to the next level.

It is also noteworthy that Neil is a charter member of the NEFAR EDGE society. Designed to educate in a way that enhances their professionalism, EDGE represents an acronym that stands for Ethics, Diversity, Goals, Excellence. Neil is also Gold Key Certified and proudly holds the At Home with Diversity and C2EX designations.

Neil's husband, Rob serves in the Florida Air National Guard as a crew chief which prompted Neil to become a VA expert earning his Military on The Move Certification.

When Neil is not working, he enjoys; local philanthropy, road trips, working out, and spending time with his husband, their son, Mason and family dog, Luke.
