About Neil

Neil Castellane secured his real estate license in 2001. He has prior experience as a broker in charge for a top producing real estate company and continues to lead in his role as an agent at Charter One Realty servicing the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Okatie markets. His company secured the President’s Cup in 2011 and in 2012 he was voted Realtor of the Year by the members of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors. Neil is originally from Washingtonville, New York. In 1998 after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Neil moved to Hilton Head Island to run the Food and Beverage segment at Marriott Vacation Club. Neil’s hobbies and passions emulate the Lowcountry lifestyle of boating, golfing, travel, and beach time. He participates locally in Rotary International via the Van Landingham club on Hilton Head Island.
