Glad to have chosen Neil for my first investment property. With the high demand for homes and such little inventory, patience was key. Neil was patient and understanding the entire time. He dedicated countless hours to showing me homes at any given time. Buying your first home is extremely stressful but Neil was able to guide me through every step seamlessly. I will be looking into more investment properties in the future and one choice is clear, Neil will be my first call.

I have worked with a lot of real estate agents in my 30 years of practice. As a real estate attorney its very important to have an agent you can count on. Neil is definitely one of those, an absolute professional. He is one of my favorites! He and I have the same values which are making sure the client is comfortable with the process and is protected at every step of the transaction no matter what. Neil is a fantastic realtor! I am a mortgage lender and have worked with many real estate agents and Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He works hard for his clients and makes sure that the job gets done in the client's best interest. He found our client a 2 family house right away and in today's market, that is very hard to come by. Not only did he found the property quickly, he was also able to negotiate a 13,000 sellers concession to help cover all the buyer's closing cost, and got the house for 20,000 under value. Great job, Neil and very happy that we have connected! Very much looking forward to working with you on future transactions!

Sanjay aka Neil, are currently starting there process of purchasing our first home. While we all know it can be very overwhelming, Sanjay and his team have made it anything but that.

The best review I can give is he has not been pressuring us to “go look at a house.” He takes the time to learn who his clients are and than provides recommendations from there. In addition, the during Covid he’s been extra precautious. Highly recommend.

I have known Neil for a long time and when we recently reconnected I was beyond thrilled to learn he had become a high-end residential realtor. It was such a pleasure working with Neil in finding and purchasing our home! There are many examples that I can give during our time working with Neil that exemplify his dedication and personal touch. What may best exemplify this, however, is that even when he was called out of the country for a week for a family event he stayed in touch and involved despite the fact that we were also working with his colleague Jamila Aboushaca ( who is also wonderful to work with ).
